Boil Water Advisory¶
The app is designed to inform the general public on boiling water advisories in the Columbia area quickly and easily. The app will just need a simple download and for the user to enable "push notifications" and then whenever an advisory is initiated, the user will get the alert. The goal is to target the personas who we mentioned and give them ease of access to these alerts from their cellphones. Long term goals include a working map feature to see a map of Columbia, SC to see streets or areas where alerts are in effect.
It was developed by Adam Coulter, John Caughman, Christian Lord, Matthew Smith.
The client for this project was Tim Hill, Consultant, Hill Company.
